Shipping Policy

Small orders can be shipped within two business days. Larger orders may take up to 5 business days to ship. All items are handmade.

Once your order is processed, we will ship it order to your door by Canada Post Air Mail insured. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. It usually takes 4 to 10 business days for shipment to be delivered.

Return Policy

Feel free to contact us if there is any problem with your order.

If your order is incomplete, we will ship missing items free of charge.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us so that we can file a claim and replace your lost order.

We will accept and refund pre-authorized returns.

A re-stocking fee of 10% is charged on all made-to-order items.
